SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Standard Processing Time Orders typically require 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EST) may be processed the following business day. During specific collection launches, holidays, and peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. Please note that we cannot change the shipping address or shipping method selected after checkout.
AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address or the selected shipping method.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Upon shipping your order, we will send an email to the address provided during checkout containing your shipment's tracking information. We recommend monitoring the delivery of your shipment once it has left our warehouse.
U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS
For orders shipped within the United States above $199, we offer free standard ground shipping. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery after your order leaves our distribution center in New York.
For all other purchases, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the estimated weight of your package.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will automatically be upgraded to air delivery at checkout.
Please note that we are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment, and we do not ship to PO boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COST
International shipping rates vary based on your location and the estimated weight of your package. During the checkout process, we will calculate shipping costs for your order. International customers will be responsible for shipping and duties costs incurred.
FAILED DELIVERY/RETURNED TO SENDER/ABANDONED PACKAGES
If your package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to incorrect address details and/or phone number, the package will be returned to SAAF GARMENTS at the customer's expense.
If the recipient is absent upon all delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local shipping center for pickup. If the customer fails to retrieve the package for any reason, it will be returned to SAAF GARMENTS at the customer's expense.
For international customers, refusing receipt of your package will result in it being returned to SAAF GARMENTS at your expense, including shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. These charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Packages held at customs for 90 days without retrieval will be deemed abandoned. Customers who abandon a package forfeit their right to an exchange or refund for their order.
DAMAGED/OPENED BOX
If you receive a damaged and/or opened package, please photograph the damage before inspecting its contents. Submit a claim via the courier used for shipping and contact us at hello@saafgarments.com for further assistance.
