We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per billing address, per shipping address, per account, per payment method, or per order. We may limit, refuse, or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, automated purchasing tools, or other unauthorized purchasing methods.

Estimated production, processing, and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Delays may occur due to fabric availability, production schedules, artisan or factory timelines, quality control, customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, holidays, collection launches, or other circumstances outside our control.

Made-to-order, preorder, custom, personalized, altered, or special order items may be final sale or subject to different return and cancellation terms, as stated on the product page, at checkout, or in our Return and Refund Policy.

By placing an order for a made-to-order, preorder, custom, or special order item, you acknowledge and accept the stated timeline and applicable cancellation, return, and exchange limitations.

SECTION 7 - PRODUCT IMAGES, COLORS, MATERIALS, AND VARIATIONS

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, textures, proportions, and details of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device, screen, monitor, or browser will accurately display product colors or details.

Natural materials, including wool, leather, suede, horn, acetate, metal, and other materials, may include natural variations in texture, grain, color, finish, weight, or appearance. These variations are not defects.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from SAAF GARMENTS pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not controlled by SAAF GARMENTS and may not be included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, abandoned packages, customs holds, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve a package, or circumstances outside our control.
